for Tupperware Corporation, one of the
world’s
leading direct sellers was recently selected
as one of the six top performers in the
country and only one from the state of
Andhra Pradesh and was flown to Orlando,
USA, headquarters of Tupperware for a
week long fun filled business incentive
trip. This honour was conferred on her
for her top-shot performance in selling
Tupperware range of world-class plastic
products available in three distinct categories
- Food Storage, Food Preparation and Food
Serving.
A resident of Hyderabad, Niharika, 36,
is a classic example of an outstanding
achievement in an unconventional area
of direct selling. Ever since she joined
the organization as a consultant in 1998,
there was no looking back. She went on
to become the first Manger and first Distributor
in the City.
Throughout her career, she has been
a consistent and successful performer
with outstanding results. She recorded
a sales turnover of rupees three crore
last years. She is one of the 50,000
strong sales force of the company in
over 39 cities in India.
She motivated directly or indirectly
over 4000 consultants to get into direct
selling. A Masters in Psychology, majoring
in Counselling, she has also worked
as a family counsellor with “Red
Cross.” |
