Dhokla
Ingredients:

Besan 100g |

Suji 20g |

Curd 25g |

Mustard seeds Ό tsp |

Green chilli 3 |

Oil 1 tsp |

Curry leaves few |
| - |
Water 100ml |

Eno's fruit salt 1 pouch |

Sugar Ό tsp |

Preparation:

Mix besan and suji in a SS Bowl together. Add beaten curd previousely beaten and stored in a Buddy Bowls as well and mix well to form a thick batter. . |

Add Enos fruit salt to the batter and keep aside for 10-15 minutes to rise. |

Pour into the Rock'n' serve container. Microwave at High for 4-5 minutes till done |

For the seasoning, heat oil, add mustard seeds. When they splutter add curry leaves and split green chillies. Stir and add water along with the sugar. |

Pour over the dhokla. |

Cut into pieces and serve in our wonderful legacy plates. |
