Achinta Banerjie

Managing Director

“Achinta is an accomplished professional with diverse commercial experience in sales, distribution,  category and channel management across leading FMCG and Direct sales Organizations . As Managing Director for Tupperware India, Achinta oversees all the market’s commercial activities including continuing the business transformation journey with a deep focus on enhancing our direct sales channel while driving our reach, traffic and growth in retail, e-commerce & business-to-business channels to better define and adopt new ways of connecting with consumers in India to keep our business relevant, profitable and successful.

He joins us from Amway India where he worked for 14 years in various roles. His last role was as Chief Sales Officer with responsibilities in Sales, Strategy, Compensation & Incentives, Strategic account management, Training, Digital & Omni channel experience.

Prior to Amway, he worked with leading FMCG companies, including Hindustan Unilever Limited & Colgate Palmolive Limited in various leadership roles 

Apart from being a perfectionist in his professional life, Achinta is also an ardent pet lover & wild life photography enthusiast”

Nitin Malhotra

Associate Director - Product Marketing

An out-of-the-box thinker with excellent relationship-building & interpersonal skills, Nitin is an asset to Tupperware in the truest sense. It’s his 15th year at Tupperware, and he leads the Product Management & Planning function. His gamut of expertise ranges from New Product Development to planning Channel incentives and promotions. He was instrumental in the recent brand transformation with his long-standing understanding of the brand. He has bagged many awards from the beginning of his career with Tupperware for different verticals, including product launches, campaigns.

Amit Jain

Director - Information Technology

Amit is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual. He brings to the table a deep understanding of the evolving IT ecosystem and looks at innovation across the board. He has over 22 years in the industry, having worked with organizations such as Sapient, Citi Bank, Yum! Brands.

At Tupperware India, Amit has been instrumental in leading the transformation of sales & operations with the advent of new channels like Retail & E-tail. His expertise ranges from Operation Management, Budgeting & forecasting to Strategic Partnership and Revenue Maximization & Vendor Management. He also won the APAC region Award: “A golden trophy & two silver medals” for the year 2020 on sales achievement.

Noopur Jain

Director - HR and Admin

Noopur has over 18+ years of HR experience working with organizations that boast rich cross-cultural environments like the US, Europe, Korea & India. She has worked across various domains of HR covering Strategy, Talent acquisition & management, Talent Engagement & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management & Talent Transformation. She has worked with Towers Watson, Accenture, Samsung & Swarovski prior to joining Tupperware in March 2017.

Along with leading the HR & Administration function, she also leads our CSR division. Noopur has been a part of the prestigious Tupperware Change Leaders team at an APAC level. She loves to travel to understand different cultures, explore new cuisines and picturesque locations, which is something that enriches her at a personal level.

Noopur follows 3P’s as her main mantra in life - “Positivity”, “Passion”, and “Pride”. This is something she believes in both personally and professionally.

Vivek Chaturvedi

Associate Director - Brand Marketing

Vivek has donned many hats, a consultant, client, agency, and entrepreneur. He is also passionate about creative expressions of human minds, which translates into his other interests such as writing, road-trips & cinema. This explains his diverse background starting from the Air Force, strategy to filmmaking. He has led over 400 projects across 70 brands in a span of 5 years through an agency he co-founded. He has 17 years of experience working as a brand consultant for FMCGs like DY Works (Part of Future Brands), Lotus Herbals, and Ozone Ayurvedics. He also founded a film company named 3 senses in his early career days. Tupperware India, as an organization and a team, benefits from Vivek’s fresh insights and diverse experience.

Amit Sharma

National Sales Director

Amit has a rich and diverse experience of nearly two decades of working across sectors including apparel and fashion industry, telecom and hardcore retail sector. He has worked with leading brands like Grasim, Reliance, Vodafone and Arvind lifestyle brands. At Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited, Amit’s passion and expertise led to the expansion of his role from being a Business Manager (GANT & IZOD), to becoming the Business Head (IZOD) in less than 1.5 years. Amit joined Tupperware as the National Sales Director in July 2019. He’s skilled in Business Planning, Retail and Sales Operations, Negotiations and Team Building.

Deepika Jindal

Head - Strategy & Business Transformation

Deepika firmly believes that consumers & innovation are at the core of any business. For her, any brand, no matter how powerful, cannot survive for long without a consumer-first approach. This, in turn, would require innovation to be in the DNA of any company and its employees. She believes that while incremental innovation is needed on an on-going basis, disruptive innovation is critical to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Her keen interest in human psychology & curiosity of knowing the ‘why’, has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of consumer/shopper behavior. Deepika has a strong action bias and a very hands-on approach, which, as per her, are a result of her initial stints in managing core sales & operations at P&G. Deepika is also passionate about training and building company culture through storytelling. For her, building employees builds the business.

Deepika also values the importance of disconnecting from work & recharging self. Hence, she keeps exploring different things like painting, cooking etc.
