I STRONGLY BELIEVE IN THE NEW CONSULTANT ONBOARDING PROGRAM

It was never planned, but seems destined! I started using Tupperware products and one fine day my Manager
Mrs. Sulabha Gujre invited me to join the Tupperware Business Opportunity.

Nobody in my family had tried their hands at entrepreneurship. I was hesitant at first but saw it as a chance for meeting new people. I started enjoying myself and very soon I aspired to become a Manager!

I found it challenging yet exciting to understand the new ideas and skills in business and pass on those to my consultants. A huge responsibility indeed! Around that time a new format called New Consultant Onboarding Program (NCOP) was launched. I could foresee that if followed properly this program would help my consultants earn exclusive gifts. They would also gain proper training and business exposure to help provide an extra income to fulfill their dreams. Hence I decided to adopt it for all my new consultants.

Onboarding New Consultants using this program resulted in several laurels for me. I quickly became a Vanguard Bronze Manager. My income increased considerably. With a strong unit of 50 Consultants, becoming a successful Vanguard Group Manager is the next target for me.

This is a wonderful journey indeed!!
